When you buy your muscle car sheet metal and other available parts from ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal you are purchasing from a wholesale distributor of Dynacorn and Auto Metal Direct (AMD).

As a wholesale distributor, the catalogs we make available for you to select your parts from do not contain suggested retail prices. The 1000’s of parts contained in the catalogs all have various discounted prices to wholesalers which can be subject to change.

The advantage of purchasing thru ASAP is that we share our discount with our customer allowing you to receive a 10% to 20% discount off suggested retail with the parts being “drop shipped” directly to your shop or other preferred address.

Please remember most sheet metal parts are shipped by truck freight and the shipping charges are not subject to a discount and depending upon size, and number of parts, and weight can be high.

No International Shipping or Sales

First, you must research using either the Dynacorn or AMD catalog links for the part number and description of the parts you need.

ASAP -Twin City Muscle Metal is not familiar with your project or your parts needs, and the buyer is responsible for identifying and selecting the correct part.

Prepare a list of Parts Description and Part #.
Either enter the list in the Contact Us message section or if the list is long, take a clear readable photo of your list and upload the photo. 

Upon receipt of your message and request for a quote ASAP-Twin City Muscle Metal will email you a quote.
Firm Shipping quotes may not be available depending upon the supplier. Estimates will be included in the quote and will be adjusted to actual shipping cost when determined. 

Upon receipt of your ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal Quote for the parts you provided in your Request for a Quote you will review it for accuracy and decide whether you wish to proceed with an order. If so, you will sign and accept the quote and email it to ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal.

 If you are in a hurry to order the parts, we recommend that you make payment by credit Card or PayPal using the link provided in your Quicken Invoice which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your signed acceptance. If you are not in a hurry for the parts for your Project, you can mail a check to the address on the website. Orders will not be placed until full payment is received, and if payment is made by check, when the check has cleared.

Upon receipt of your ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal invoice, there will be links to pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer, or instructions on how the pay using PayPal.
You can also make payment by check if you are not in a hurry for your parts.

We are not a retail sales location and we do not maintain an inventory of parts.
Parts cannot be returned or picked up or delivery arranged to our address.

Beware of competitors offering “free shipping.” Understand, that they may be selling the parts at full retail without any discount and using the additional profit on the parts price to cover the shipping. Remember, nothing is free, and someone pays to load all the sheet metal on a private freight company truck and delivering it to the Midwest from the West Coast or East Coast of the USA.  Please compare the total cost of the parts plus shipping in deciding who to purchase your classic and muscle car parts from. ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal charges our customers actual shipping cost with no additional handling charge fees.

Common Shipping Questions and Points to Remember:
First, ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal stands ready to assist you with parts damaged in shipment. However, you must follow the steps discussed herein to assure the best outcome.

Your Order will be “drop shipped” directly to the address you provide.

Make sure you provide ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal of your correct physical delivery address.

Shipping is normally by truck freight and the cost can be high depending upon the number of parts and total weight. Any back ordered parts will include a separate shipping charge, you will be notified before any back orders are shipped to make sure you still want them.

The shipping contract is between you (Buyer) and either Dynacorn or AMD. The Buyer must comply with their instructions regarding acceptance and any potential damage claims.

ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal cannot accept any returns of damaged parts. 

Claims Considerations:
Most products are delivered via truck freight due to size. Whether the item will be installed immediately or not, you MUST inspect the box for suspected damage. If there is reason to believe the product may be damaged based on the condition of the box you will need to open the box and inspect the product(s) and note the damage on the delivery ticket before the driver leaves.

Failure to follow this procedure will most likely result in loss of a replacement part or possible claim with the freight company.

Damages & Shortages:
Damages and shortages must be reported immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Your shipment is most likely insured by the trucking company that makes the delivery not by the parts vendor.
If you find your item(s) damaged, you MUST have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt. If the damage is severe, please refuse delivery. Request that the driver provide information for claims instructions.

If you find the item damaged after you have signed and accepted the item and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt you may not be able to obtain a replacement part or file a claim. By signing the delivery receipt, you are certifying that you have received your item(s) in good condition.

Return Policy:
Again, ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal stands ready to assist you with parts severely damaged in shipment.

We have found that properly documented damaged parts (take photos of the part(s) and shipping box(s) at time of delivery before freight company departs) are usually replaced without having to return the damaged part.

There might be situations for certain smaller parts where a return might be required. There may be restocking fees or other policies to comply with such as return deadlines, original packaging, buyer paying shipping cost etc. Most returns will likely require prior authorization before return. Shipping fees that are incurred from returning any part may be Buyer’s responsibility.

Parts Condition:
Remember, due to the nature of the product, the sheet metal you receive may have scratches, dings, small dents, and other minor imperfections, which are considered normal sheet metal characteristics.
Neither Dynacorn nor AMD will consider these minor imperfections as damaged. These items will be easily corrected during the filling, priming, and sanding phase of your sheet metal installation. All sheet metal panels will require some sort of manipulation during installation. Test fit all parts before sanding, priming, or painting them.

Back Orders:
Any items not available at the time the order is placed will be put on back order. All back ordered parts that ship after the original shipment will be subject to additional shipping fees. Back orders will not be shipped without your prior authorization.

ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal is a wholesale distributor to classic and muscle car retail automotive body, repair, and restoration businesses, as well as experienced individuals knowledgeable with sheet metal installation. Businesses and Individuals must provide a completed Form ST3 Minnesota Certificate of Exemption or ASAP Twin City Muscle Metal must charge sales tax.
